Victoria tries to ignore moral ambiguity so even if your character has done something bad they regret hello to the dislike list. shes pretty spiteful sometimes and aint that forgiving either, which is funny considering the amount of mistakes she makes. once someone crosses her once she makes them out as the worst. but she also enjoys the good amount of playful or just superficial hate as its a nice change of pace. Friends?

I could see Penelope developing a friendly bond towards Victoria, maybe they could even become best friends, or maybe they could have been childhood friends considering how much Penelope wondered off when she was young (and still does) or maybe they could have met at the DWMA when Penelope's guardian (who is a teacher at the DWMA) took her to class. What do you think?

well what i think is that Penny is so adorbz. im just gonna hold her for a sec <3 anyway. yea i see them getting on good nuff to be friends. they both seem playful and Tori totally loves timid people cuz doing crazy stuff with them is epic fun. childhood friends seems like a cool idea, but rather than them keep in contact maybe they stopped hanging out or meeting up, maybe one of them moved? so they havent seen each other in a buncha years. but i see you got an open thread, you dont mind if i jump in do you? have it so that Tori thinks Penny is familiar but not really remembering until she does something she used to as a kid or like until she says her name? whatcha think?
